Some buildings have a very specific purpose of usage and need to be heated only few times per week, for 2-3 hours at the time. Church… People are coming to church only on certain days for couple hours. Inertia of heating system, installed in church has to be the lowest, so there is no additional heating energy  wasted before and after gathering. At this point, traditional radiators, baseboard heaters and infloor heating have various dissatvantages concerning heating consumption, inertia, etc..
