Carpet Flooring and Elpan/Wanpan Ultimate Radiant Heating System

Recently, manufacturers are making thin carpet with a low pile and suggesting it to be used with any heating system, even infloor/underfloor heating systems. Most of the time it is more or less a chalange to install electric heating elements on kitchen walls.
