When designing and manufacturing  Elpan/Wanpan  baseboard heating system, engineers and scientists were working on idea to create the high quality, low inertia and most efficient skirting board heating system.

Two rows of well designed neat perforation at the top and at the bottom area of heating panels is important final detail, which determines whole purpose of minimizing energy consumption in all possible ways and keeping the design of the heating system as much appealing as possible.

Elpan electric and Wanpan hydronic skirting board heating systems are recognized as highly energy efficient heating systems as well as low inertia ones. Perforated surface of heating panels is just an additional component, which is added to improve a performance of heating system and to keep a design of the heating system unique and impeccable.
