How to Keep the Same Indoor Temperature in the House

How to keep the same indoor temperature in the house? This is a common question comming from heating systems’ consumers. Obviously, creating the environment, where the same temperature is achieved in all living areas of the house, sometimes might be a little challenging.Click to enlarge

Each area of the house is exposed to different conditions concerning heating losses, because of its different location in the house – windows facing different direction (north/east/west/south), rooms are located at the ground floor or second floor, 1, 2 or 3 outside walls, etc.. These factors lead to different heating energy consumption. Installing only one thermostat at lower lewel of the house – definitely will not provide with the conditions where the same temperature will be achieved in each area of the house.

The main requirement for achieving the same indoor temperature in the house – having thermostats to be installed in every room and each living area, which needs a heating system. If the thermostats appear to be programmable – the same temperature should be set up in each room at the same period of time.

If there is a goal to achieve the same thermal conditions in every room of the house, it is very important, that thermostats are not affected by such additional heat sources as direct sunlight, fireplace or appliances, which radiate signifficant amount of heat, etc..

Programmable thermostats or regular thermostats for Elpan/Wanpan skirting board heating system could be purchased localy – for the purpose to lower the price of the heating system. Programmable or regular thermostats installed in every room help to keep the same indoor temperature in each room and create the most comfortable indoor environment in the house.

Elpan/Wanpan Heating Preserves Conditionally Humid Air

Elpan/Wanpan heating system preserves conditionally humid air and creates the most comfortable and healthy indoor environment at this point.

Electric baseboard heaters, traditional radiators and other types of local heaters may often cause dry air conditions. In that case – uncomfortable and unhealthy indoor environment is created in premises.

There are some simple solutions to solve this problem. Ceramic dishes hanging on front surface of radiators or a humidifier, placed in a living area or office may help to ease the uncomfortable feeling.

Elpan/ Wanpan skirting board radiant heating system does not create dry air conditions and Electric Elpan heating system is absolutely safe to use. Top horizontal surface of the most powerful Elpan modular heating panel of 170W heats maximum up to 70-76 degrees of C (158-169F). This helps to preserve conditionally humid air and keep indoor environment as much healthy as possible.

Elpan/Wanpan heating preserves conditionally humid air and it is recommended to use in areas where this condition is required or indeed desired.

Additional Construction – Few More Heating Panels

Heating panels of Elpan/Wanpan skirting board radiant heating system are mounted at the location of regular baseboards, all way around perimeter of the room.

Working on older construction or newer building, which is not properly insulated, there may be a case, when lenght of walls around the entire perimeter of the room is not long enough to install the certain number of heating panels to cover estimated heat losses.

A construction of “middle island” in a kitchen or custom made bar in a living area can be used for the purpose of adding more wall lenght. Modular heating panels of energy efficient Elpan/Wanpan heating system are mounted onto outside walls of the construction to cover heat losses of the room and simply – to keep up with the indoor design.

After adding few more heating panels Elpan/Wanpan baseboard radiant heating system is running at lower temperature while providing with the same thermal conditions and the highest level of comfort.
