Elpan Radiant Heating System for Church

The electric Elpan skirting board heating system is the most efficient heating system when it comes to heat premises, where heating is needed just for few hours or just ones per week. Churche or chapleClick to enlarge in a monastery might be one of these specific buildings.

The infloor radiant heating would not be very suitable because of the factor of realy high heating inertia.

Modular heating panels of electric Elpan heating system are mounted under the seat of the bench. Elpan radiant heating system can be turned on just half an hour before the event.

The space will be warmed up exactly where it is needed and people can practice their faith in the comfort of radiant heat of electric Elpan heating system.

Electric Elpan skirt board heating system is one of the most efficient baseboard heating systems to be used in church.

Skirting Board Heating System Installed in Tunnels and Corridors

Skirting board heating system, installed in tunnels and corridors, appears to be the most suitable heating system for many reasons. Obviously,  Elpan/Wanpan skirting board heating system looks neat and Click to enlargesleek. Heating panels of skirting board heating system do not take additional space and softly flows into interior of design.

When tunnel or corridor is designed between two buildings, above street level, and has modern glass design, sun’s energy may be utilized efficiently and only few heating panels of baseboard heating system may be needed to be installed. At the same time, heating panels, incorporated into design of regular baseboards will not allow humidity or fogy condition to form onto huge windows.

Sometimes, two buildings with same or similar function need to be connected by tunnel, constructed under the ground ( two hospitals, with purpose to transport patients from one facility to another). Elpan/Wanpan heating system is practically the only one heating system, which keeps up with all the specifics of the construction.

Skirting board heating system, installed in tunnels and corridors, opens more options for energy efficient and compact Elpan/Wanpan heating system to be used for such unique application.

Design Details and Ending Parts of Elpan/Wanpan Skirting Board Heating System

Design details and ending parts of  Elpan/Wanpan skirting board heating system are some of the click to enlargeaspects customers and indoor designers are looking at.  Highly sophisticated design of electric Elpan and hydronic Wanpan skirting board heating panels makes both heating systems to appear completed and finished.

Hydronic Wanpan skirting board heating system has few design details, including ending parts, corners and panel connection covers, which make this energy efficient heating system to be perfectly suited for high scale indoor design projects. The ending plug – (measurements 5,12/0,98/1,61 inch) is used at the end of the row of heating panels (at the door) and wraps up the ending design of  hydronic heating system accordingly.

Electric Elpan skirting board heating system looks slim and neat and flows into indoor design effortlessness.  The tiny ending part –  blind plug ( measurements: 4,9/0,98/0,71 inch) finishes a row of electric and blind panels mounted at the location of regular baseboards and looks quite unnoticeable.

Tastefully engineered design details and ending parts of Elpan/Wanpan skirting board heating system make customers and indoor designers to appreciate even more all the benefits this energy efficient heating system provides with.

Efficiency of Elpan/Wanpan Heating System in Comparison with Traditional Radiators

Efficiency of Elpan/Wanpan heating system in comparison with heat efficiency using traditional radiators is backed up by scientific tests. The thermal encirclement and heat distribution are main factors to define efficiency of any kind of heating system. Elpan/Wanpan heating panels are mounted around the perimeter of room. click to enlargeIt does not take much time to heat premises when heat is rising up (30%) and at the same time flows into the center of the room (70%).

In short period of time, using Elpan/Wanpan skirting board heating system, the most even temperature (0.5 degree of C – red lines) between the floor level and bellow the ceiling is achieved and minimum heat convection as well as the minimum heat consumption takes place.

Traditional radiators are mounted on one or two walls and therefore, the highest air convection is registered in the room. Big difference (5-7 degrees of C – blue lines) of temperature between the floor level and bellow the ceiling leads to higher air convection as well as higher heat losses and lower heating efficiency.

Upper blu line – the temperature bellow the ceiling, using traditional radiators. Lower blu line – the temperature at the floor level, using traditional radiators. Upper red line – temperature bellow the ceiling, using Elpan/Wanpan heating system. Lower red line – the temperature at the floor level, using Elpan/Wanpan heating system.

Traditional radiators are mounted on one or two walls and therefore, the highest air convection is registered which leads to higher heat losses and lower heating efficiency. Efficiency of Elpan/Wanpan heating system in comparison with traditional radiators is clearly iliustrated by the difference of temperatures in between the floor level and bellow the ceiling.

Energy Consumption and Wood Flooring

A signifficant amount of heating energy could be lost when transfering heat through other objects and especially – wood. The thermal conductivity of wood is very low, compearing with metals. Wood -based materials as loose fill, flexible batts or rigid panels are used for Thermal or Sound Insulation.

Because of these scientific facts, it is not a very good idea to install wood floor and infloor/underfloor heating system while seeking to have energy efficient heating. Energy efficient Elpan/Wanpan skirting board radiant heating system has no limitations at this point and any type of flooring works perfectly fine.

The thermal conductivity of structural softwood lumber at 12% moisture is about 1500 times lower than thermal conductivity of aluminum.

Front plates of Wanpan modular heating panels are made of aluminum. The structure of hydronic Wanpan skirting board heating system allows radiant heat to flow through aluminum plates into the room without the additional energy consumption, which would be needed to transfer heat through the wood floor. Copper pipes mounted behind the aluminum front plates of Wanpan baseboard modular panels complete the concept of this ultimate heating system.
