There are no limitations or any kind of requirements or recommendations for using specific type of flooring when Elpan/Wanpan skirting board radiant heating system is going to
be installed. Skirting board heating system does not heat floor from bellow and flooring is not affected by higher temperatures.
Infloor radiant heating system may not be recommended to be installed if you are planning to have wood floor, because of wood heat resistance, which is very high. When radiant infloor heating system is chosen as the type of heating with wood floor, energy consumption of the house is expected to be much higher. In addition to high energy consumption, more rapid change of heating temperature is affecting wood floor shape as well as quality of the flooring.
Marble tiles or synthetic flooring could be the only choices at this point. Many companies are providing customers with informative and useful instructions for synthetic flooring. Efficiency of Elpan/Wanpan heating system in comparison with heat efficiency using traditional radiators is backed up by scientific tests.
